Following the success of BENGALA last November, MAÂT presents NIBIRU! Join us on July 11th from 10PM to 5AM as we come together in the spirit of love and social equity to indulge our senses in the art of some of Montreals’ foremost party purveyors. NIBIRU will raise funds for MAÂT’s two latest projects in Haïti and Burkina Faso.

Youth Chapter

The MAÂT youth chapter is currently putting together LA VENTANA, a photo exhibit that explores the theme of the family. Ten tenth grade students from F.A.C.E. highschool in Montreal will take part in a photo workshop offered by renown professional photographer Nicolas Ruel before going off on their own to capture images of that reflect their family entourage.

Objectives :

Sell the 50 photos taken by the students that will make up the exhibit. Photos will be priced at 100$ each; raising a total of 5 000,00 $
Raise the awareness of the students and their entourage as to the different realities faced by families in different parts of the world.
Allow the students to manifest an experience in solidarity.
